Teacher Guide | 教师指南

1. Welcome | 欢迎

This guide explains teacher profile setup, availability, class preparation, courseware upload, and platform rules. It supplements but does not replace the Teacher Agreement.

本指南说明教师资料、可预约时间、课前准备、课件上传和平台规则。本指南补充但不取代《教师入驻与服务协议》。

2. Profile | 教师资料

Use a clear professional photo, accurate bilingual introduction where possible, truthful education/experience, accurate subjects/languages, requested price tier, and class method readiness.

请使用清晰专业头像，尽量提供中英双语介绍，如实填写学历/经验、科目/语言、申请价格档位和上课方式准备情况。

3. Availability | 可预约时间

Keep availability accurate. Do not open time slots you cannot attend. Update holidays, exams, travel, or unavailable periods early.

请维护准确可预约时间。不要开放无法出席时段。节假日、考试、出行或不可用时间请提前更新。

4. Class method | 上课方式

MVP does not host live video. Prepare Zoom, ClassIn, Teams, or a similar supported tool. Provide usable class method/meeting link for each paid booking in time. Do not bypass Platform payment.

MVP 不托管实时视频课堂。请准备 Zoom、ClassIn、Teams 或类似工具。为每个已支付预约及时提供可用上课方式/会议链接。不得绕过平台支付。

5. Courseware | 课件

MVP courseware should be PDF and booking-bound where required. Upload only materials you own or are authorized to use. Do not upload infringing, unsafe, political propaganda, pornographic, violent, discriminatory, or unrelated content.

MVP 课件应为 PDF，并在需要时绑定具体预约。仅上传您拥有或被授权使用的资料。不得上传侵权、不安全、政治宣传、色情、暴力、歧视或无关内容。

6. Before class | 课前准备

Review learner goals and booking details; test internet/camera/microphone/tool; prepare materials; join early; keep communication professional.

查看学习者目标和预约详情；测试网络/摄像头/麦克风/工具；准备资料；提前进入；保持专业沟通。

7. Safety and conduct | 安全与行为

Respect students, parents, and child learners. Do not request unnecessary child information. Do not add students/parents to private social media or payment channels for off-platform transactions. Report safety concerns promptly.

尊重学生、家长和儿童学习者。不得索要不必要儿童信息。不得为平台外交易添加学生/家长私人社交媒体或支付渠道。发现安全风险请及时报告。

8. Reviews | 评价

You may politely remind students to leave honest feedback, but may not pressure, reward, or manipulate reviews.

您可礼貌提醒学生留下真实反馈，但不得施压、奖励或操纵评价。

9. Earnings | 收入

Teacher payout depends on eligible paid bookings, completion/no-show status, refund/dispute status, platform service fee, payout settings, reconciliation, and review. Final calculations follow the active platform configuration and the Teacher Agreement rather than any fixed default percentage stated in this guide.

教师结算取决于符合条件的已支付预约、完成/缺席状态、退款/争议状态、平台服务费、结算设置、对账和审核。最终计算以平台当期有效配置和《教师入驻与服务协议》为准，而非本指南中的固定默认比例。
