Payment Terms | 支付条款
1. Scope | 适用范围
These Terms apply to per-lesson payments in the Trial MVP, including supported wallet balance payments and wallet topups where shown in the product. SpeakingCN does not provide subscriptions, lesson packages, gift cards, memberships, or other stored-value programs unless separately launched with additional terms.
本条款适用于内测 MVP 阶段的单节课程支付，也适用于产品页面展示的钱包余额支付和钱包充值流程。除非另行推出并制定附加条款，SpeakingCN 不提供订阅、课程包、礼品卡、会员或其他储值型计划。
2. Processor | 支付机构
Payments are processed by third-party processors such as Airwallex, PayPal, or other providers shown at checkout. Their terms, privacy policies, fraud screening, KYC, and risk controls may apply. SpeakingCN does not intentionally store full card numbers or authentication credentials.
支付由 Airwallex、PayPal 或结账页展示的其他第三方支付机构处理。其条款、隐私政策、反欺诈、KYC 和风控规则可能适用。SpeakingCN 不会有意存储完整卡号或认证凭证。
3. Currency and fees | 币种与费用
Lesson prices are displayed in USD unless otherwise shown. Banks, card issuers, or payment providers may charge exchange, foreign transaction, or other fees outside the Platform's control.
课程价格除非另有显示，以美元计价。银行、发卡机构或支付机构可能收取汇兑、跨境交易或其他费用，该等费用不受平台控制。
4. Payment timing | 支付时间
Payment is required at booking unless the checkout flow explicitly allows a supported wallet balance payment or a bank transfer flow with later verification. A lesson is confirmed only after payment succeeds or the Platform marks the payment as verified under the applicable flow, and the Platform updates booking status. Failed, expired, disputed, reversed, or unverified payments may cancel, delay, or restrict the booking.
预约时通常需要付款，但结账流程如明确支持钱包余额支付或需后续核验的银行转账，则按对应流程处理。仅在支付成功或平台按适用流程确认支付已核验，并更新预约状态后，课程才算确认。支付失败、过期、争议、冲正或未核验可导致预约取消、延迟或受限。
5. Refunds | 退款
Refunds follow the Refund & Cancellation Policy and generally return to the original payment method where feasible. Wallet balance refunds, where supported, remain subject to provider rules, reconciliation, and actual non-recoverable third-party fees. Processing timelines vary by payment processor and bank.
退款遵循《退款与取消政策》，通常尽可能原路退回。若支持钱包余额退款，仍受支付机构规则、对账结果和实际不可退第三方手续费约束。处理时间因支付机构和银行而异。
6. Teacher settlement | 教师结算
Student payment does not mean immediate teacher payout. Teacher settlement depends on completion/no-show status, refund status, dispute status, payout rules, verification, reconciliation, and platform review.
学生付款不代表教师立即结算。教师结算取决于完成/缺席状态、退款状态、争议状态、结算规则、验证、对账和平台审核。
7. Wallet balance, topups, and bank transfer verification | 钱包余额、充值与银行转账核验
Where the product shows wallet balance, topup, or bank transfer options, those flows are subject to additional verification, provider availability, anti-fraud review, and operational controls. A bank transfer or wallet topup is not final until the Platform or payment provider marks it as verified or completed. Promotional credits, bonuses, or other stored-value products require separate launch terms if introduced later.
如产品页面展示钱包余额、充值或银行转账选项，该等流程受额外验证、支付机构可用性、反欺诈审核和运营控制约束。银行转账或钱包充值仅在平台或支付机构标记为已核验或已完成后方为最终完成。未来如引入促销余额、奖励金额或其他储值产品，需另行发布条款。
任何钱包、充值、积分、赠送或储值产品上线前均需另行产品、支付、法律和合规审查。
