Who this is for
Visitors booking a first lesson, viewing an existing booking, or returning to an existing account.
Goal
Use the correct SpeakingCN account and return to the booking, profile, or payment task you started.
Steps
- If this is your first visit, open Register and complete the details and verification shown on the page. If you already have an account, open Sign in instead.
- After you sign in, check that you are back in the task you started. Return to a teacher or time to book; open My bookings for an existing booking.
- Do not create a second account for the same student. Profiles, child details, and existing bookings remain under the original account.
- Sign out on a shared device. Do not let another person continue a booking or payment in your account.
If you are blocked
Use the recovery option shown on the sign-in page before trying again. If a booking is missing after sign-in, first confirm that you used the same account; do not create a new booking to find the old one. If verification cannot finish, stop repeated submissions and keep the page message until the support route is released.
